Betsy Mullen of San Diego CA accepts her award presented by Stacy Charles of Tahki-Stacy Charles NY and president of TNNA's Board of Directors. Ms. Mullen and Senator Dianne Feinstein CA were honored for their roles in the creation of the Breast Cancer Research Stamp. Both women were instrumental in developing the legislation and garnering support for its passage and renewal.
